Warranty and Return
Information
All products
carry their respective manufacturer warranty.
Please contact
manufacturer first if your product is defective.
Please contact
Micromax immediately if all items are not
included with products.
All returns after
30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Warranty is void
if product has been mishandled, misused, or
altered.
Shipping costs
for products returned to Micromax is paid for by
the purchaser.
Micromax does not
ship to a P.O. Box.
All returned
products must have an RMA (Return Authorization
Number) from Micromax customer service.
To obtain an RMA, contact
customer
service or call 1-973-386-1538.
Please ship
product in a secured, sealed box and make sure
the RMA is written on the box. Also
include a copy of the original invoice.
